Doctor with TRIOS can submit their cases directly through 3Shape communicate.

1. Dentists should be registered with a 3Shape Communicate account when the scanner is installed.  Send a ‘Connection Request’ from the ‘Communicate’ account to ‘Middle East Dental Laboratory” cadcam@mdentlab.com
2. We will accept the request within a few hours.  Note: After steps 1-2 are completed, all cases proceed from step 3 (below). This is a “one time” registration process.
3. Complete the intraoral scan.
4. Complete the TRIOS Rx. Use the free form notes section to provide additional details, “emax, zirconium, etc.” branded product name, and additional instructions. Unfortunately all restorative materials aren’t pre-populated on the Rx.  
5. Select ‘Middle East Dental Laboratory from the Lab menu and SEND.

Doctors using Sirona Cerec intraoral scanning systems can send digital impressions directly to MDent through Sirona Connect.

1. Create an account on sirona-ccom and follow the prompts for activating the account. (if you already have an account, proceed to step 3).
2. After account activation, log into your account and select ‘Middle East Dental Laboratory’ from the list of available Sirona approved laboratories.
3. While logged into your account add ‘Middle East Dental Laboratory to the folder labeled: “My Favorite Laboratories”
4. Log into your Sirona software and complete the digital scan.
5. Complete the Sirona online Rx. 
6. Select ‘Middle East Dental Laboratory to be the STL file recipient and send the file.

Doctors with a Carestream CS3500 scanner can send digital impressions directly to MDent through CS Connect.

1. Login to CS connect
2. Click the toolbar
3. Click invite a partner
4. Enter cadcam@mdentlab.com and click send
5. Within the next few hours we will accept the connection.After highlighting the appropriate 3DIO File from step 3 above, click the ‘CS Connect’ button.  The web portal will open to login screen.

6. Login to CS Connect.
7. From the drop down menu select ‘Middle East Dental Laboratory
8. Attach files by clicking ‘browse’ and selecting the ‘.dcm’ file from the patient’s folder; then click ‘Open’.
9. Add any pertinent information regarding the case to the comment box… material selection, etc.
10. Accept the terms and conditions by checking the box and click ‘Submit’.

Doctors with a Medit scanner can send digital impressions directly to MDent through Meditlink

1. Go to the Medit link website and create an account.

2. Log in to your account.

3. Click on “Partners” on the left side.

4. Type cadcam@mdentlab.comin the search bar.

5. Find Middle East Dental Laboratory and click “Request Partnership.”

6. Check the details and press “Request Partnership” again.

7. We will approve your request quickly, and your status will update to “Partners.”

8. Start sending your cases to the lab.

Doctors with a Itero scanner can send digital impressions directly to MDent through Meditlink.

Please contact your Itero reseller and request them to connect your scanner to Middle East Dental Laboratory cadcam@mdentlab.com.

Please send STL files to cadcam@mdentlab.com. If file size is big we recommend you to use wetransfer.com. Don’t forget to include the order form and clinic details.
