Do you deliver to my area?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. For Dubai and Sharjah we use our own drivers and for any other Emirate or outside UAE we use DHL.
Are your crowns guaranteed to last? What if they break?
A crown, as well as a normal tooth, can break. We only use the best materials and analyze each case before starting production to minimize the risk of breakage. We have a 5-year warranty on all ceramics so if anything would happen you can be relaxed that there will be no extra costs.
What materials do you use for veneers?
We use e.max for our veneers.
What materials do you use for your crowns?
Our zircon crowns are from the German zirconium manufacturer Pritidenta.
Do you offer shading and customized staining?
Yes, we do, we have patient facilities with great natural lighting to ensure a perfect shade match.
How are your metal restorations made?
All our metal is designed cad/cam and 3D printed to ensure a perfect fit. Casting belongs to the past.
Do you except intra-oral scans?
Yes, we do, we accept scans from most intra oral scanners.
Where are you located?
Our dental lab is located in Dubai, UAE on Sheikh Zayed Road.

What are your turn around times?
For Ceramics 5-7 days and for Denture and orthodontic appliances 3-5 days.
We are flexible so if you are ever in a rush just let us know and we will do our best to help you.
Do you have free pick up and delivery?
Yes, across GCC free pick up and delivery. For other countries free pick up when over 3 units in the shipment.
Do you deliver to Africa?
Yes we do, we have a big client base across Africa, especially Kenya, Tanzania, and Nigeria.

What is your remake policy?
Any remake due to breakage is covered under our 5-year warranty.
Any corrections are also covered before cementation.
