Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern the relationship between you and Middle East Dental Laboratory.

2. Services

Middle East Dental Laboratory provides dental laboratory services, including but not limited to the fabrication of crowns, veneers, implant restorations, orthodontic appliances, ClearSmile Aligners, and other dental products. All services are performed to the highest standards of quality and care.

3. Orders

All orders must be submitted with complete and accurate information. Middle East Dental Laboratory is not responsible for delays or errors due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client. Orders will be processed according to the timelines agreed upon at the time of order submission.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are provided upon request or as per the agreed quotation. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Payment terms are strictly as agreed. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the nature of the work and availability of materials. Middle East Dental Laboratory is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. The Client is responsible for all shipping costs if minimum order value is not reached.

6. Warranties and Returns

Middle East Dental Laboratory guarantees the quality of its products and workmanship. If any product is found to be defective due to material or manufacturing errors, it will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Client, if it is within the warranty period. from the date of delivery. 5 years for ceramic restorations, 1 month for Orthodontic appliances, dentures and guards.

Returns or adjustments for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate impressions, specifications, and other relevant information needed for the creation of dental products. Middle East Dental Laboratory is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or inadequate information provided by the Client.

8. Confidentiality

Middle East Dental Laboratory is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information. We will not disclose any information related to the Client’s patients or business practices to any third party without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Middle East Dental Laboratory’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific product or service in question. Middle East Dental Laboratory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with reasonable notice if the other party fails to comply with these terms and conditions. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed and in progress.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Middle East Dental Laboratory reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will apply to all orders placed after the date of the amendment.
